TabPass

Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026 · Version 1 — this policy will be expanded before public launch, and the current version will always live at this address.

TabPass lets a bar or restaurant offer its own paid membership through a pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — no app to install. This policy explains what information we handle to make that work, and the short version is: we collect the minimum needed to run your membership, we never sell personal information, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Information we collect

How we use it

What we don't do

Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers to operate: Stripe (payments), Apple Wallet and Google Wallet (pass delivery on your device), and infrastructure and email providers that process data on our instructions. Each receives only what it needs to perform its role.

Your choices

Data security & retention

Personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to those who need it, and we keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

Age

TabPass is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes & contact

As TabPass launches publicly, this policy will be updated and the effective date above will change. Questions, requests, or concerns: hello@tabpass.app.
